Wet n Wild Fall 2016 Wet n Wild Pop Art Collection

Fall haul? I think so. Everything that I have read about this collection suggests that it is the back-to-school fall collection from Wet n Wild. This is the Wet n Wild Pop Art Collection and when I spotted it at my local Rite Aid at by one get one 50% off, I had to scoop up all of the nail polishes and two of the lip glosses.

Wet n Wild is my favorite drugstore brand and I love the majority of their limited edition collections. When I first saw this one online I have to admit I wasn't over the moon about it because it only consists of polish, glosses and eyelashes which is something I never wear. But once I saw it in the store in the actual display I have to admit that it was very cute and the polishes look extremely fun. I wasn't going to grab a gloss because I really did not like the ones from last year in the Venice Beach collection but since they were buy one get one 50% off I went ahead and got two for shits and giggles.

Wet n Wild ColorIcon Glosses in Very Well Red and Violet in Furs.

I think these Wet n Wild ColorIcon Glosses are super cute. The packaging is very fun and they look really cute in my makeup area.

Wet n Wild ColorIcon Glosses in Violet in Furs is the shade that really caught my eye. I love a purple lip and this shade looked really nice in the tube.

Wet n Wild ColorIcon Glosses in Very Well Red is more of a pinky red and the color is perfect for summer.

The formula of the Wet n Wild ColorIcon Glosses is a buildable (sheer to medium) jelly finish that can be build up pretty nicely. The Venice Beach collection's glosses were so sheer that I returned them all but I think these are much better. You can start off with a small wash of jelly color or you can build them up as high as the photo above. They also have a fruity scent that I like. Scents don't really ever bother me unless they are super chemically. Overall I like glosses and I am glad I picked them up.

Now let's talk about the most exciting part of the collection for me, the polishes. These are the Wet n Wild Megalast Candy Gloss Nail Tints. These are supposed to be a translucent, jelly finish, high gloss polish. I think I own two other jelly polishes from past Wet n Wild summer collections and they're not my favorite if I recall. But I had to try these shades.

Wet n Wild Megalast Candy Gloss Nail Tint in One Grape or Another. Adorable!

Wet n Wild Megalast Candy Gloss Nail Tint in A Case of Blue. My favorite!

Wet n Wild Megalast Candy Gloss Nail Tint in Edie in Pink.

Wet n Wild Megalast Candy Gloss Nail Tint in Floral Support.

The Wet n Wild Pop Art Collection consists of a total of six ColorIcon Lipglosses, 4 MegaLast Candy Glosss Tints and two styles of false lashes. The glosses and the polishes are only $1.99, which is you know, absolutely amazing. I haven't tried the polishes yet but I will be posting them up here one at a time as soon as I start trying them out. For now I am super happy to have bumped into the Wet n Wild Pop Art Collection and that it is now part of my own.
